The Gelugpa Vajrayana Buddhist Association of Malaysia (GVBAM) aims to uphold the Buddhist teachings of the Gelug lineage in Malaysia and to facilitate greater understanding about this lineage.

We hope to provide assistance and support to any Buddhist Gelugpa associations or centres that require more information on this lineage, its teachings, traditions, practices, prayers or rituals.

At the same time, the GVBAM hopes to foster inter-religious harmony as advocated by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and to forge stronger ties with all faiths and religions in Malaysia.
